Description	Turns a soldier into a specified class. Class Name options are: Rookie, Ranger, Sharpshooter, Grenadier, Specialist, and PsiOperative. The quotations around the soldier name are required.

How to Open the Command Console	To enable the console, find Xcom2 in your Steam library. Right click the game and open "Properties." Click "Set Launch Options." Then type "-allowconsole" without the quotes and click "Ok." To enable the console, if you are not using Steam, rightclick the Xcom 2 shortcut. If you do not have an Xcom 2 shortcut, create one. Select "properties" and add "-allowconsole" without the quotes to the end of the "Target" field. It should looks like "C:\Games\XCOM 2\Binaries\Win64\XCom2.exe" -allowconsole. If this does not work, try adding "-allowconsole -log -autodebug". To open the console, press the [~] key. This key is usually below the [Esc] key. To close the console, press the [~] key again. If this does not work, set the keyboard language to "English (United States)."
How to Use This Cheat	If the cheat code has brackets [ ], then this means you need to input an option within the brackets, and remove the brackets in the command. For a list of options you can use, go to the category for what is listed inside the brackets. For example, to see all the options for Resource Name for the command GiveResources [Resource Name] [Quantity], go to the category Resource Name. If you see [Quantity], replace it with a number and remove the brackets.

Cheat: GiveFacility [FacilityName] [MapIndex]
Description: Note that spawning facilities does not clear out alien debris. Save before using. Using this command while excavating a plot will not interrupt the excavation, but it will also not allow you to use the Facility until the excavation is over. Using the command over a non-excavated plot will overwrite the debris. Destroying a facility after using the command will revert it to an Empty plot, and any debris that was overwritten will be lost. MapIndex numbers start at 3 in the top left, and are arranged in 3 columns and 4 rows. The first row is: 3, 4, 5. The second is: 6, 7, 8. The third is: 9, 10, 11. The last is 12, 13, 14. Known facilities are: AdvancedWarfareCenter, Laboratory, OfficerTrainingSchool (Guerilla Tactics School), PowerRelay, ProvingGround, PsiChamber, ResistanceComms, ShadowChamber, UFODefense, Workshop .
