GiveScientist [Level] GiveScientist [Level] You can only receive 1 scientist at a time because XCOM 2 treats scientists as an actual units instead of counters, unlike XCOM:EU/EW. The scientist level determines job effectiveness of the scientist. Higher levels speed up research times. The level ranges from 1 to 10.
GiveEngineer [Level] GiveEngineer [Level] You can only receive 1 engineer at a time because XCOM 2 treats engineers as an actual units instead of counters, unlike XCOM:EU/EW. The engineer level determines job effectiveness of the engineer. Higher levels increases construction efficiency bonuses. The level ranges from 1 to 10.

SkipAI SkipAI This command skips the AI turn, which can be useful getting past long AI turns.
PowerUp PowerUp This command activates god mode. You receive no damage and no reload is not required.
TakeNoDamage TakeNoDamage You receive no damage. If you want no reload, use the command PowerUp.
ToggleUnlimitedActions ToggleUnlimitedActions Infinite AP. WARNING: The enemy AI can use this as well if you do not disable it before ending your turn.
ForceCritHits ForceCritHits This command forces critical hits. WARNING: The enemy AI can use this as well if you do not disable it before ending your turn.
GiveActionPoints [Number] GiveActionPoints [Number] This command gives [Number] action points to the selected unit. Remember that sniper rifles take two action points to fire.
ToggleUnlimitedAmmo ToggleUnlimitedAmmo No reload is required.
Togglefow Togglefow The command reveals the map; however enemies remain hidden until spotted by your soldiers.
ToggleSquadConcealment ToggleSquadConcealment This command conceals your squad. However, the enemy will still remain alert.
TTC TTC This command stands for "Teleport to cursor." It will teleport the selected unit to your mouse pointer.
TATC TATC This command stands for "Teleport all to cursor." It will teleport all units to your mouse pointer.
LevelUpBarracks [Number] LevelUpBarracks [Number] Level up all soldiers in the barracks by [Number] ranks.
MakeSoldierAClass "Soldier Name" [ClassName] MakeSoldierAClass "Soldier Name" [ClassName] Turns a soldier into a specified class. Class Name options are: Rookie, Ranger, Sharpshooter, Grenadier, Specialist, and PsiOperative. The quotations around the soldier name are required.
HealAllSoldiers HealAllSoldiers Heals all units in the barracks immediately.
RemoveFortressDoom [Number] RemoveFortressDoom [Number] Removes [Number] levels of Avatar Project progress. You can only remove Avatar progress that isn't from the extra Avatar facilities. So if you have two facilities that each have 3 bars of progress, your Avatar progress will not go below 6 until you destroy them.
GiveFacility [FacilityName] [MapIndex] GiveFacility [FacilityName] [MapIndex] Note that spawning facilities does not clear out alien debris. Save before using. Using this command while excavating a plot will not interrupt the excavation, but it will also not allow you to use the Facility until the excavation is over. Using the command over a non-excavated plot will overwrite the debris. Destroying a facility after using the command will revert it to an Empty plot, and any debris that was overwritten will be lost. MapIndex numbers start at 3 in the top left, and are arranged in 3 columns and 4 rows. The first row is: 3, 4, 5. The second is: 6, 7, 8. The third is: 9, 10, 11. The last is 12, 13, 14. Known facilities are: AdvancedWarfareCenter, Laboratory, OfficerTrainingSchool (Guerilla Tactics School), PowerRelay, ProvingGround, PsiChamber, ResistanceComms, ShadowChamber, UFODefense, Workshop .
